The Injection Molding Machine Operator operates injection molding machines and related equipment such as pad printers, sonic welders, and heat stakers; inspects and packages products; performs assembly and secondary operations; maintains mold cycles and production logs; and works in a cleanroom environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift fifty pounds or more, English proficiency, and attention to detail, with ISO documentation and ERP software knowledge preferred.
