Steel Technologies is hiring a Slitter Operator to set up and operate a slitter according to customer specifications and work orders. The role includes inspecting and loading coils, threading material through the slitter and recoiler, measuring and verifying dimensions and surface quality, adjusting machine setups, documenting production, assisting with maintenance, and cleaning the equipment. The position requires the ability to use measuring and testing tools, follow safety rules, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
