Description
The Machine Operator will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at Bosch’s Lincolnton, North Carolina facility, setting up machines, preparing orders, reading product prints, using measuring devices, troubleshooting problems, and following standard operating procedures. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3 to 5 years of brazing or similar experience, computer and communication skills, shift flexibility, physical ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds, and the ability to learn new processes and machines.
