Description
BCI Lancaster is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Machine Operator to safely operate printing presses and/or die cutters for corrugated products. The role includes machine setup, operation, cleanup, quality monitoring, safety-guard checks, preventive maintenance, operator discipline, training, and production-efficiency improvements. The position is based in a manufacturing plant or warehouse and requires a high school diploma or GED, teamwork, dependability, and the ability to work overtime.
