Description
The Machine Operator works with the production team to keep filling machines running smoothly, operate and switch equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, track downtime, follow quality and safety requirements, and maintain production schedules. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle materials up to 40 pounds regularly, good eyesight, communication skills, and willingness to wear PPE. Training is available for candidates without prior bottling, packaging, or filling-machine experience.
