Eaton is hiring a Machine Operator - 3rd Shift for its Williamsport, Maryland facility. The role operates and sets up extrusion equipment, produces quality parts, cleans screw installations, and prepares equipment for the next job. The core third-shift schedule is 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, with an hourly rate of $19.00 plus a $0.50 shift differential. Applicants need at least one year of machine-operation experience, a high school diploma or GED, basic computer and software skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds; plastics or extrusion experience is preferred.
