Description
Intek Plastics is hiring a Machine Operator to set up and operate extrusion equipment, start machines, adjust production parameters, monitor product quality, record data in SPC and LCS systems, perform changeovers, and clean equipment. The role requires no prior experience because the company provides full paid training, and it is a night shift from 11 pm to 7 am. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, comfortable using a computer, organized, able to work independently and as part of a team, and have reliable attendance and work history. The position also requires passing a drug test, physical, and background check.
