Description
nVent is hiring full-time Machine Operators for its Alexandria, Minnesota manufacturing and packaging facility. The role operates assembly equipment, performs product inspection, monitors and troubleshoots machine speeds, completes production reporting, performs autonomous maintenance, and participates in continuous improvement and 5S activities. The position works Sunday through Thursday from 10:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with overtime as needed, and pays $17.20 to $31.90 per hour. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, while the ability to operate production equipment, use basic inspection tools, work independently, follow safety instructions, and lift up to 25 pounds are required.
