STS Packaging is hiring a Machine Operator (3rd Shift) to operate a machine that measures, folds, cuts, glues, and bundles printed roll stock into finished bags. The role involves preparing and maintaining the machine, checking bag quality, loading rolls and bundle-wrap paper, clearing jams, making adjustments, completing shift paperwork, and following safety and production standards. The position is based at the company’s plant in Charlotte, North Carolina, requires an 8-hour shift including overtime and weekends, and involves physically demanding work including lifting bundles over 35 pounds and pushing or pulling rolls over 1,500 pounds.
