Description
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining conventional, special-purpose, and CNC machines, including grinders, drills, presses, resistance welders, brake presses, and mechanical power presses. The role also involves checking finished workpieces, packing materials, loading and unloading, completing production documentation, and detecting or correcting machine malfunctions. It requires intermittent heavy lifting, exposure to machinery, noise, fumes, and temperature extremes, and is scheduled for the 3rd shift from 12 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. An HS diploma or GED is strongly preferred, along with 0–2 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
