The Production Worker prepares and processes raw meat ingredients, blends batches, moves meat through production equipment, and supports cutting, packaging, labeling, and shipment of finished products. The role follows production schedules, safety and manufacturing standards, GMPs, HACCP, and sanitation procedures, and requires attention to detail, teamwork, communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
