Description
The Production Operator will work in a compact production team at the Veghel location, performing duties in both the control room and production floor. Responsibilities include setting up and operating production installations, monitoring and adjusting processes, inspecting raw materials and finished products, performing quality checks, resolving minor technical malfunctions, conducting first-line machine maintenance, mixing and pressing products, adding raw materials, handling bulk loading, maintaining a safe workplace, and suggesting process improvements. The role is full-time, pays €3,406–€4,436 per month including allowances, requires a 4-shift schedule, and offers benefits such as vacation days, overtime compensation, a pension plan, and a permanent employment contract.
