New Pig Manufacturing is hiring a Machine Operator for its Duncansville, Pennsylvania facility on a third-shift schedule from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., five days per week with overtime as needed. The role operates industrial printing, sewing, and web-converting equipment; adjusts processes to meet quality standards; performs quality checks and data collection; enters production and material information into Syteline; and participates in process improvement and lean manufacturing activities. The position pays $19.00 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour shift differential, with weekly paychecks, overtime opportunities, and benefits including low-cost BCBS insurance, medical, vision, and dental coverage.
