Teledyne FLIR is hiring an SMT Operator at its Richmond, British Columbia facility to set up and operate solder paste printers and pick-and-place machines, prepare components, inspect and test products, perform preventive maintenance, organize materials, and support production improvements. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 20 pounds; prior PCBA soldering, SMT rework, or electronics manufacturing experience is preferred. The listed salary range is $41,900 to $55,800.
