Second Nature Brands is hiring a full-time Packaging Machine Operator for its Kar’s Nuts Products facility in Madison Heights, Michigan. The role operates and monitors packaging machines, ensures accurate product coding, weights, and packaging, performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots equipment, assists with changeovers, and follows food-safety, quality, and safety policies. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with weekday or weekend overtime as needed, and pays $17.50 per hour plus a $1.00 shift premium. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, be English proficient, and have at least one year of machine-operator experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
