Eben Elektronik GmbH is hiring a full-time Machine Operator & Allrounder for production. After training, the role involves independently operating fully automated SMD production lines, inspecting and documenting product quality, monitoring production processes, setting up and troubleshooting machines, casting and coating assemblies, light testing and programming, and assisting with tooling and mechanical workshop tasks. The position requires practical technical aptitude, precision, process understanding, willingness to learn, German language skills, good eyesight, fine motor skills, teamwork, and reliability; electronics manufacturing experience is an advantage.
