Conceptas GmbH is hiring a Machine Operator & Programmer for grinding robots for a client in Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz. The full-time role involves operating, setting up, monitoring, programming, and optimizing a CLOOS grinding robot; loading and unloading workpieces; selecting machining programs; checking grinding results; changing tools; troubleshooting minor issues; and manually finishing weld seams. Candidates should have metalworking, production, or robot-operation experience, knowledge of industrial robots, practical technical skills, and good German. The position offers above-tariff pay, an open-ended contract, and possible takeover by the client company.
