DAS Personalservice is hiring a Machine Operator and Setup Technician for the extrusion department in plastics production in Herzebrock-Clarholz. The role operates and monitors extrusion systems and bag-slit systems, performs product changeovers, supports production, monitors quality, optimizes process parameters, troubleshoots machine downtime, and loads incoming materials. Candidates should have completed vocational training in plastics or rubber technology, have hands-on plastics technology experience, and be willing to work three shifts.
