The role involves preparing and independently setting up transfer and progressive-compound tooling, operating eccentric, hydraulic, transfer, and servo presses, monitoring production, documenting quality requirements, performing small maintenance, and packaging finished products. Candidates need vocational training in a metal trade and professional experience with metal forming, hydraulic and mechanical presses, or comparable stamping systems.
