Description
Phoenix Stamping is hiring an Assembly Machine Operator for its 2nd shift. The role operates hand-operated metal stamping presses, reviews job travelers and part drawings, performs quality checks, completes production paperwork, and handles raw materials and parts. The position requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; previous manufacturing experience is preferred, and the employee must be able to lift 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and follow safety and quality procedures. The starting hourly base rate is $15.50 plus a 10% shift premium, with production bonuses, profit-sharing bonuses after six months and a full quarter, and referral bonuses.
