Description
The Production Material Handler moves raw materials to and from machines, supplies correct materials, removes finished product, and delivers it to shipping. The role also assists machine operators, supports setup and changeovers, cleans equipment, weighs and labels finished goods, maintains in-process inventory, prepares products for shipment, and uses material-handling equipment. The schedule is Monday through Thursday with potential overtime on Fridays from 4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. The position prefers six months of manufacturing experience and forklift experience, and requires forklift or clamp-truck certification, English literacy, communication skills, and basic computer skills.
