The Machine Operator Assistant supports production by assisting with laser and press brake machine setup and operation, handling materials, verifying finished work against work orders, installing change parts, maintaining equipment, and keeping the work area clean. The role requires 0–1 years of experience, basic computer skills, tape-measuring ability, and the ability to stand for up to eight hours, lift up to 100 pounds, and work in a plant shop environment with moving mechanical parts and other hazards.
