TIME to Care is hiring Machine Operator Assistants for a modern production site in Diepersdorf. The role involves operating and monitoring production facilities, supporting machine setup and changeovers, performing quality checks, reporting malfunctions, recording production data, and following safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Candidates should have initial production experience, German language skills at least at B1, a clear CV, and willingness to work in a three-shift system; a car and driver’s license are advantageous. Compensation is up to €17.50 per hour, with shift and overtime allowances, flexible working models, training, and additional benefits.
