The Waste Management Operator works Monday to Friday on a daytime schedule, operating bulldozers or cranes, emptying and loading skips, pre-sorting waste, and supervising sorting lines. The role involves independent work under manager supervision, safety compliance, equipment monitoring, and handling all types of waste in a dirty, noisy, and smelly environment.
