Description
The Molding Packer inspects molded products for defects, packs quality product according to customer specifications and quality guidelines, reads travelers, verifies labels, prepares packaging, and handles lids or containers. The role requires manual dexterity, flexibility, coordination, and the ability to lift 35 pounds overhead multiple times during a 12-hour rotating shift. It reports to a Lead Packer and requires adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.
