AT&T is hiring a Machine Operator to work independently in the field installing, repairing, maintaining, and reconnecting buried fiber and copper services. The role involves locating buried facilities, operating gasoline or diesel-powered trenching and boring equipment, performing manual excavation, and coordinating with customers, utilities, and government agencies. The position requires a light commercial driver’s license or equivalent, DOT medical card, ability to work outside in all weather, and availability for mandatory overtime and holidays. It is based in Gulf Breeze and Pensacola, Florida, with 40 weekly hours and weekly pay of $442–$1,094.
