Atkins & Pearce is hiring full-time Braider Machine Operators in Covington, Kentucky, for 2nd-shift or 3rd-shift production. The role operates winders and coating machines, prepares and packs finished product, and checks work against material specifications. Training is provided on the first shift for 18 weeks, followed by a permanent 40-hour schedule. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to perform repetitive manufacturing work; no prior manufacturing experience is required. Base pay is $21.30 per hour, with shift and weekend differentials and a raise after training, plus medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, paid time off, and sick leave benefits.
