The Baillie Group is hiring a full-time Machine Operator for its Leitchfield, Kentucky hardwood flooring manufacturing facility. The role operates assigned machine centers, monitors production output, performs quality checks, follows safety and environmental procedures, and works independently in an outdoor environment. A high school diploma or GED and previous machine-operator experience are required, with at least one year of experience in the last two years preferred.
