Banner Engineering is hiring one Robotic Welding Production Operator for its Brooklyn Park, Minnesota facility. The role starts, monitors, and adjusts robotic welding production lines, performs maintenance and changeovers, sets up machines and fixtures, inspects metal workpieces, records production information, and follows schematics and operating procedures. The position is on the first shift from 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and requires a high school diploma or GED, English proficiency, basic math, safe machine-operation knowledge, and the ability to read mechanical drawings or schematics.
