Description
BrightFarms is hiring a Machine Operator to set up, operate, monitor, and maintain harvesting and packaging equipment in its indoor-farming production environment. The role includes preparing and sanitizing machines, loading packaging materials, operating computerized controls, inspecting raw materials and finished products, responding to equipment malfunctions, and supporting production goals. The position offers rotating 2-2-3 shifts with day and night pay of $17.00 per hour, plus a night differential, and requires a high school diploma or GED, 0–2 years of machine-operator or related experience, GMP/GWP knowledge, and the ability to work with moderate supervision.
