Description
The Machine Operator operates high-speed precision machinery in a team environment, following SOPs, GMP requirements, safety procedures, and regulatory policies. The role includes troubleshooting, setups, changeovers, minor adjustments, housekeeping, paperwork, and notifying Engineering or Maintenance as needed. A high school diploma or equivalent, communication skills, tool use, basic math and reading abilities, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required; some mechanical ability is preferred. The position offers a 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. schedule and medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid holidays, PTO after 90 days, and a 401(k) match.
