Description
The Machine Operator will set up, operate, and perform simple programming on metal-working machines used to bend, notch, punch, form, or straighten door parts. The role follows customer specifications, performs preventative maintenance, adjusts quality errors, reports production and quality data, and maintains an organized workspace. It is a first-shift, Monday-through-Friday position with overtime on Saturday, requiring physical handling of materials, use of PPE, and the ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment. The position pays $18.50 per hour and includes weekly pay, health insurance, incentives, performance-based bonuses, referral bonuses, and temp-to-hire career growth potential.
