Description
Coherent Corp. is hiring an onsite manufacturing machine operator/lead responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machines; conducting in-process and final quality inspections; documenting defects and production records; troubleshooting and coordinating repairs; leading workstation operations; enforcing safety procedures; and supporting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. The role requires a college undergraduate degree or equivalent, or a technical/vocational diploma, plus 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing or machine-operation experience.
