Description
Coherent Corp. is hiring a production machine operator who will set up, operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment; perform in-process and final quality inspections; document defects and production records; troubleshoot machinery and coordinate repairs; and lead workstation operations, safety compliance, and lean manufacturing activities. The role is fully onsite in a manufacturing environment and requires 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing or machine-operation experience, with a college undergraduate education or equivalent technical/vocational diploma and hands-on experience.
