Description
The Machinist will operate manual and CNC machining equipment, including lathes, vertical boring machines, turning, and milling machines; program and edit CNC programs; select tooling, speeds, feeds, and work-holding equipment; use precision measuring equipment; maintain production records; and support quality, safety, and continuous-improvement initiatives. The role requires manual or CNC machining qualifications, knowledge of machining processes and tooling, and the ability to work safely and accurately in a manufacturing environment. Preferred qualifications include trade certification, knowledge of Fanuc, Okuma, and Siemens programming systems, a current Dogging Licence, and manufacturing experience.
