Description
Emerson is seeking a Machine Operator I to set up, operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain automated and semi-automated welding equipment in a manufacturing environment. The role includes loading and unloading materials, monitoring weld quality and production efficiency, troubleshooting equipment, following safety and housekeeping procedures, meeting production goals, and producing welds that meet customer and engineering specifications. A high school diploma or GED is required, while 1–3 years of manufacturing, fabrication, or welding machine operation experience and basic welding-process knowledge are preferred.
