Description
The Machine Operator will operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality precision parts while following production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, inspecting parts with measuring instruments, performing routine adjustments and basic troubleshooting, completing production documentation, maintaining a safe work area, and supporting continuous improvement and operator training. The role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, teamwork, and the ability to work safely around moving machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
