The role operates evaporation plants, drying systems, in-bagging and big-bag filling equipment; analyzes process and inventory samples; receives and dispatches raw and finished goods; performs inspections, cleaning, maintenance support, and documentation. Candidates need dairy-technologist training or a comparable food-sector qualification, technical knowledge of automated process systems, and willingness to work shifts, public holidays, and weekends.
