DS Smith Packaging is recruiting a Machine Operative for a permanent, three-shift rotating role. The position reports to the Shift Manager and is responsible for safely operating machinery, maintaining productivity and quality targets, completing maintenance and cleaning tasks, and supporting improvement initiatives.
