Description
The Machine Operator performs production tasks by operating assigned machinery, monitoring product quality, recording production data, adjusting equipment, packaging finished products, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic manufacturing or machine-operation experience, familiarity with hand tools and production equipment, attention to quality standards, and the ability to follow written instructions. The work is performed in a warehouse environment with moderate noise, requires standing, walking, sitting, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, and requires compliance with safety and OSHA regulations.
