Description
Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is hiring a Machine Operator to fabricate steel, copper, and aluminum parts from blueprints and instructions. The role involves setting up and operating a variety of sheet-metal and press-brake machines, performing maintenance, inspecting and measuring finished parts, troubleshooting quality issues, and contributing to safety, productivity, and process-improvement goals. The position works Friday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m., pays $18.50 per hour, and is eligible for a variable incentive program. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship, and at least one year of machine-operator experience or completion of a machine certificate program; the role is limited to candidates living within a 50-mile radius of the Sumter facility.
