Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is hiring a Machine Operator for its Sumter facility. The role operates and maintains a variety of sheet-metal fabrication machines, fabricates steel, copper, or aluminum parts from blueprints, performs quality inspections, troubleshoots production issues, and contributes to safety, 5S, and process-improvement goals. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with an hourly rate of $19.25. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, U.S. work authorization without sponsorship, and at least one year of machine-operator experience or completion of a machine certificate program; sheet-metal, blueprint, measuring-device, and Eaton-systems experience are preferred.
