Description
The Machine Operator operates and sets up production equipment used in the manufacture and assembly of electric motor components, including coil and stator winding machines, presses, lathes, drill presses, balancing equipment, and insulation-forming machines. The role also performs in-process and final inspections, basic electrical and mechanical testing, documentation, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and safety procedures, while supporting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, basic math and measurement skills, and the ability to work in a noisy manufacturing environment; manufacturing or assembly experience and basic electrical knowledge are preferred.
