Description
The Machine Operator will operate an AEM Unicore UCM425 machine used to manufacture transformer cores. Responsibilities include loading electrical steel coils and materials, monitoring and adjusting the machine, inspecting finished components, following production schedules, troubleshooting equipment, performing basic preventive maintenance, operating hoists and other material-handling equipment, and maintaining a safe work area. The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team; a high school diploma or GED and manufacturing or machine-operation experience are preferred but not required.
