Description
The Machine Operator monitors and operates production plants, independently checks quality requirements, sets up and retools machines and plants, and resolves production disruptions. Prior machine-operator experience is desirable, along with reliability, teamwork, independent responsible work, and willingness to work shifts. The role includes onboarding and training, modern systems and software, vacation pay, a Christmas bonus, a company pension plan, 30 days of vacation, and e-bike leasing.
