Description
Freshpack is hiring a Machine Operator to operate, set up, adjust, and troubleshoot packaging equipment while monitoring product quality, production schedules, inventory, and safety requirements. The role supports line changeovers, new-product trials, continuous improvement, documentation, and employee training, and requires a 10-hour day shift from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, with some Friday overtime. The position pays $17.00 per hour and offers a weekly KPI bonus, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a referral program, a 401(k), and a Pay for Performance program.
