Description
The Machine Operator will operate a variety of manufacturing machines and equipment, including automat, bailing, labelling, knitting, lamination, applicator, slitting, wicketing, converting, ink, and print-press equipment. The role monitors equipment, inspects finished products, troubleshoots issues, maintains a safe work area, follows safety protocols, and supports lean initiatives. It requires basic math and reading skills, mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift. A high school diploma or equivalent education and experience is required, while at least one year of manufacturing machinery experience is preferred. The position offers day and night shifts, medical, dental, and vision coverage, an HSA employer contribution, and a 401(k) with profit sharing.
