Description
Inpac is hiring Machine Operators for its production facility in Lund to monitor and operate machinery, set machines, optimize production, ensure product quality, troubleshoot, document work, maintain equipment, clean and sanitize, and follow packaging and safety procedures. The role requires upper secondary education, fluent Swedish, and at least two years of machine-operator experience; GMP, food manufacturing, LEAN, and technical experience are advantageous. Shifts include permanent night, weekend, or two-shift schedules, with an immediate start and a six-month probationary period.
