Description
Inpac is hiring machine operators for its production facility in Lund to monitor and control machinery, set machines, optimize production, ensure product quality, troubleshoot, document work, maintain equipment, follow hygiene and packaging procedures, and support colleagues. The role requires upper-secondary education, fluent Swedish, and at least two years of machine-operator experience; GMP, food manufacturing, LEAN, and technical experience are advantageous. The position offers permanent night, weekend, or two-shift schedules with an immediate start and a six-month probationary period.
