Machine Operator at Interface

Interface is hiring a full-time Machine Operator in Scherpenzeel, Netherlands, on a three-shift schedule. The role involves operating, setting up, and adjusting production machines across tufting, backing, and finishing departments; identifying and resolving malfunctions; monitoring quality and process deviations; recording data; collaborating on improvements; and contributing to a safe, clean, and sustainable production environment. Operator experience is an advantage but not required, while Dutch communication and willingness to work the three-shift schedule are required. The salary is €3,100–€3,650 gross per month, including a 19.5% shift allowance and an 8% bonus.
